  • To establish agriculture heritage museum (AHM) at the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad in its historical building (since 1906) of old campus.
  • To establish herbarium / Flora and Fauna center, a discovery centerand a learning center within the AHM.
  • To explore, collect, identify and preserve the insect fauna in different ecological zones of Pakistan in order to provide the identification services to the researches, farmers and students.
  • To develop close cooperation between agriculture, tourism and education for benefit of the public.
  • To register AHM to be a part of the global efforts on conservation of global agriculture heritage systems (GIAHS), e.g. GIAHS initiative in Peru, Chile, China, the Philippines, Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, etc.
  • To demonstrate soil and natural resource wealth of Pakistan.
